Pacific Motor Group is seeking a car care consultant to run their Aftermarket Department. In this full-time permanent role, the successful applicant will work collaboratively with the sales team to promote the value of car care products. The role will require you to maximise product sales whilst delivering a genuine personalised customer service experience to new and used car buyers.

About the role:
This role will require a driven individual who has the ability to connect and engage their customer.

Your duties will include…

Promoting a range of car care products and offering expert advice to new and used customers.

Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products.

Maintain accurate sales logs and provide post-sale customer support.

Preparing warranties and other relevant paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.

Ensuring all aftercare fitting arrangements have been completed efficiently.

Assisting in the co-ordination of customer deliveries.

Other duties as prescribed by management.

A professional appearance and reliable work ethic

A current Australian driver’s license and access to reliable transport

Available to work Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm / Saturday 9am to 3pm

1 x RDO per week (5-day working week, with flexible roster)

Car Care experience preferred, but not essential
