Day to day responsibilities of the successful Strata Manager will include:

• Managing an established portfolio based around the nth Shore
• Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries
• Acting in a true relationship management capacity to ensure A grade service at all times and retention of clients
• Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
• Chairing OC meetings

The successful Strata Manager will have the following professional and personal attributes:

• Prior experience as a Senior Strata Manager
• Class 2 license
• Highly skilled in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
• Superior communication skills and high level of business acumen
• Enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients
