Our client is a major dealership group operation located in the Hunter Region of NSW. They are seeking to employ an experienced Business Manager or F & I Manager to take advantage of their high sales volumes. The group offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a solid income stream and a friendly working environment. The business is closed on Sundays, and an 11 day fortnight roster applies.

Applicants for this position must have current or previous Business or F & I Manager experience which was gained in a car, truck or motorcycle dealership. You will have strong sales, closing, people-handling and organisational skills, be totally reliable and have the drive and energy to succeed. Your contribution to the well-being of the business will be appreciated.

Salary will consist of a retainer around $55k, super, commission and car allowance. On Target Earnings should be around $120k.
