A new opportunity to join a progressive company and the leader of the Motorcycle and Powersports Industry in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. As Business Manager - Finance and Insurance you will play a key role in the expansion of the Brisans brand. We are currently looking for an experienced individual, who is goal driven and personable to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate's role will include:

Offering the #1 Motorcycle experience

Arranging finance for new and used vehicle purchases

Selling a range of insurance options to customers with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency

Working closely with the Sales team to maximise opportunities

Meeting sales targets and KPI's

Managing the end to end finance and insurance process

Understanding the legal requirements of financial services insurance

Completing contracts and paperwork in line with the company's standards and procedures

Part time or full time including every Saturday.

To be considered for this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:

Previous Automotive Business Manager experience

Proven exceptional customer service and professional presentation

Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to learn and possess a deep understanding of products and services

This full time or part time position (including Saturday) is available for immediate start.
