We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Scheduling Coordinator to join our established electrical services company. In this diverse role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting both our field teams and management while contributing to our growth in specialized areas like EV Charging and Electrical compliance.
About the Role
As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll manage crucial operational tasks while providing valuable support across multiple business areas. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with electrical industry knowledge who excels at both administrative coordination and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end quote follow-up process and customer communications
Process and schedule work orders through our field management system
Reconcile fleet vehicle tracking with staff timesheets
Support tender submissions, including plan reading and take-offs
Perform quality control checks on completed jobs
Oversee inventory management and stock control
Assist with sales in EV Charging Systems and compliance preventative maintenance
Update and maintain asset details and records
Handle various data entry tasks with high attention to detail
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience with Aroflo or similar field management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Monday Systems - desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Experience in inventory management and stock control
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Scheduling of team members and workflow
