About the Role

Daily responsibilities include:
Daily programming and monthly reporting to parents
Consistently improve centre performance
Attract, convert, and retain enrollments by engaging and building rapport with parents, families, and community networks
Provide professional development pathway opportunities for your team
Requirements:
All qualified Educator including Cert III, Dip or ECT in Children's Services
Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven results
A dynamic personality, creativity and a clear passion for early childhood education
Excellent communication skills
A cooperative team player who loves and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages
Commitment to excellence in early childhood
