There is now an opportunity to join One Agency Coffs Harbour.

The role requires you provide outstanding service to our Clients and Tenants to oversee all aspects of property management. The tasks will include liaison with Clients and Tenants, entry and exit reports, inspections and maintenance. This role is supported by our Senior Property Manager and a hands on Principal that works in the business every day.

To succeed in this position, you will need to operate with a high level of autonomy and efficiency for the best outcomes for all parties.

Selection Criteria

· Demonstrated achievement in property management is preferred.

· Current Certificate of Registration preferred.

· Passionate about communication and attention to detail

· Mature minded, enthusiastic and hard working.

· Genuine interest in people.

· A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning
