Good Things, one of Australia’s fastest-growing branded merchandise companies, is on the hunt for an Inbound Sales Representative to help take our success to the next level. Based in our vibrant South Yarra office, this role is ideal for someone with a drive to deliver exceptional service, close inbound leads, and play a key part in our mission to become the #1 Branded product business in Australia and reinvent the way branded products are sourced and ordered.

The Role

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and qualifying opportunities for the wider team. You’ll handle a mix of front-line communication, pipeline development, and admin tasks to support and grow our sales success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to inbound enquiries and delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email

Accurately preparing tailored quotes and following up to convert opportunities into orders

Managing the full sales process — from quote to invoice to production coordination

Qualifying leads and escalating larger opportunities to our senior sales team

Collaborating with Account Managers, Suppliers, and Production Teams

Maintaining CRM data and ensuring smooth order progression

Asking the right questions to deepen client relationships and grow our pipeline

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has 1–2 years’ experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a similar support role

Communicates clearly and confidently — both written and verbal

Is detail-driven, organised, and thrives under pressure

Builds genuine relationships and consistently puts the customer first

Has strong admin skills — you’re as comfortable creating a quote as you are updating a CRM

Works well independently and in a collaborative team environment

Bonus: Experience in branded merchandise, promotional products, or marketing services

Has a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (travel costs reimbursed as per policy)
