TUFF Bullbars Australia is looking for a Junior Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Toowoomba. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their sales skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with one of the most recognised brands in Australian manufacturing.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position supporting the Sales Team and reporting to the Sales Manager. You'll assist with customer interactions, data entry, sales administration, and proposal development – playing a key role in delivering tailored product solutions to clients across Australia.

You'll also work closely with other departments including Accounts, Quality Control, and Marketing to support end-to-end customer service and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

Assist with vehicle check-ins and client handovers

Answer and redirect inbound calls

Enter customer data and help prepare sales proposals

Support the team during high call volume periods

Sales Administration & Account Coordination

Confirm and update client contact details

Assist in following up on order deposits

Liaise with Accounts Receivable regarding client information

Quality & Systems Support

Enter and update data in internal systems (e.g., Jira, MYOB)

Support the Sales and Quality teams with warranty claims

Maintain accurate records and uphold quality standards

General & Team Support

Process parts enquiries and add to orders

Help capture vehicle photos for social media content

Participate in weekly sales meetings and huddles

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or admin (preferred)

Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, retail, or admin roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Valid driver's license

Experience with CRM systems preferred (training provided for specific platforms)
