Join our thriving construction and agriculture company, delivering exceptional services across Perth Metro and Regional Western Australia. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager to lead major projects from conception to delivery.

About You:

• 10+ years’ experience as a Civil Engineer in Australian construction and agriculture
• 2+ years as a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record
• Exceptional written, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong leadership to drive project and team success

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop safe, reliable, and efficient engineering solutions
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary civil projects from planning to handover
• Manage procurement, tendering, bidding, and cost estimation
• Ensure quality control via ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, SWMPs, SDS, and MDRs
• Maintain HSE and quality compliance with standards and contracts
• Administer contracts, variations, progress payments, and EOTs
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, financial reporting, and material take-offs
• Maintain daily reports, sequencing plans, and project documentation
• Coordinate design reviews, procedures, and scope management
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication
• Manage project handover, including ASCONs and DFLs
• Support conflict resolution, resource management, and critical controls

Degree qualification in Civil Engineering and Project Management

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and Project)
• AutoDESK AutoCAD, AutoDESK Revit, SketchUp
• Construction White Card
• Australian Driving Licence - C Class

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer in Australian construction and agriculture sectors
• At least 2 years as a Senior Project Manager
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects with precision
