We are looking for a qualified Project Engineer/ Civil Engineer who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment.

Key duties will include but not limited to:

· Develop, review and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements, industry regulations, and project standards.

· Direct and oversee on-site activities, including labour, material deliveries, plant and equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely construction.

· Develop construction methods, materials, specifications, and contract documentation, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning to completion.

· Manage resources, budgets, and schedules across multiple civil engineering projects.

· Promote a safety-first culture and environmental compliance across the project.

· Maintain accurate site records, including inspections, approvals, and variations.

Key Requirements:

· A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or related discipline.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to collaborate as part of a project team

· Good communication and written skills

· Experience in producing high quality reports

· Ability to maintain an empathetic nature with our external clients

Position Details

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 (inc Motor Vehicle Allowance) plus Superannuation

Location: Victoria Park, WA 6100
