About the role

The purpose of the Senior Project Officer, AOD position is to coordinate the Aboriginal metropolitan ice partnership (AMIP). AMIP is a collaborative initiative designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people affected by methamphetamine (Ice) and other substance use. The role will involve working alongside Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) and mainstream AOD providers who deliver frontline services in the AMIP program.

Essential skills/experiences

To be successful in this role, you will have a AOD qualification and a minimum of 3 years of experience within the AOD sector in Victoria or equivalent.

Desirable

Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples are strongly encouraged to apply as your cultural and lived experiences are central to the work we do.
