Chief Customer & Commercial Officer

This newly created executive role combines strategic customer leadership with full commercial accountability. As Chief Customer & Commercial Officer, you will shape and deliver a customer–driven growth agenda for a market leader in industrial–scale outsourced services.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead national sales, account management, marketing and customer experience teams to achieve ambitious revenue and retention targets. With a large number of plants servicing healthcare, aged care and hospitality clients across Australia and New Zealand, the organisation delivers essential, regulated services at significant operational scale.

You will drive the customer strategy from insight through to execution, aligning teams around shared commercial goals while strengthening strategic national partnerships.

Your remit will include:

• Developing and delivering a customer–centred go–to–market strategy aligned to revenue growth targets
• Leading high–performing sales, account and marketing teams to achieve acquisition, retention and profitability goals
• Building and deepening strategic relationships with major customers in regulated industries
• Embedding a culture of customer and commercial excellence across the enterprise
• Using data and analytics to inform innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with Operations to align service delivery with customer needs and growth commitments

Your profile:

• Executive experience leading sales, customer or commercial portfolios in industrial, manufacturing or outsourced services sectors
• Proven ability to deliver revenue growth and retention through customer–driven strategies
• Expertise in managing strategic accounts and navigating complex customer environments
• Commercially astute and collaborative, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or related field
