We’re a small, family-run company with big goals – and we’re on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-driven Office Administrator to join our team based in Baulkham Hills.
If you’re process-driven, confident with numbers, and have strong Simpro experience, this role offers a rewarding opportunity with flexible work arrangements and hours.
About the Role:
Flexible hours – Office and WFH options available
Stability in a supportive, down-to-earth family business
Oversee invoicing, and administration using Simpro and Xero
Organising inductions, training, insurance and fleet management
Handle accounts payable, receivable, superannuation and payroll
Support document control, purchasing, and workflow improvements.
Liaise with both management and field staff to keep everything running smoothly
What You’ll Bring:
Extensive Simpro experience (non-negotiable)
Proficiency with Xero, Excel, and Microsoft office
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
High attention to detail and great time management
A proactive, self-starter attitude who loves creating structure
Experience in automotive, civil, or mining industries highly regarded
