Estimator | Career Progression | Strong Tender Pipeline

You’ve spent the last few years sharpening your skills as an estimator, but the work isn’t always steady, and you’re ready for something more consistent and long-term.

This role will see you working alongside a senior estimator on active tenders for a mix of industrial and commercial projects. You’ll take ownership of pricing, reviewing scopes, client presentations, and updating rates. The team works collaboratively across submissions, with regular check-ins to ensure you’re supported and growing.

The business has recently won a number of projects, including a multi-warehouse development and a child care. They are well-resourced to deliver those projects, now it's time to win more and take the business into its next growth phase.

There’s no guesswork about culture here. This is a team of calm, professional people who take pride in the work but don’t take themselves too seriously. The GM, Head Estimator and company founders all have an open-door policy; whatever you need help with, just ask.

Every two months, the team catches up with a third-party HR partner, someone independent you can talk to, give feedback to, or lean on when needed. Regular social catch-ups also keep things feeling connected and enjoyable. There is also a bonus scheme for projects delivered successfully. This is a business that wants to bring the best out in its people.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least two years of experience as an estimator in commercial construction. Industrial and or commercial new build project experience will stand out.

The salary package is up to $130k, including super.
