We’re seeking an Estimator with a background in Quantity Surveying or Structural Engineering who is eager to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for D&C and construct-only tenders
• Conduct take-offs, analyse subcontractor quotes, and prepare BOQs
• Manage tender timelines and ensure accurate documentation
• Work closely with the Director and Project Managers to develop winning submissions
• Assist with value engineering, cost planning, and cost comparison analysis

What You’ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• 1–4 years of experience in estimating or a QS/engineering role with transferable skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift etc)
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
