Looking for a skilled Estimator with a plumbing trade background. You'll prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes for residential maintenance and roofing projects, manage tender submissions, and liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Conduct site inspections and scope works
• Read and interpret plans & specs
• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions
• Build strong supplier & subcontractor relationships
• Maintain documentation and support process improvements

The Candidate

We're seeking a trade-qualified plumber with solid estimating experience.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing estimating
• Strong understanding of residential maintenance & roofing
• Confident communicator, high attention to detail
• Experience with AroFlo or similar systems
• Able to work both independently & collaboratively
