This is the role estimators in high-end construction are chasing. You’ll work with one of the most respected builders in the space, a company growing steadily and selectively bringing in the best people to meet the demand.

You won’t be juggling six jobs at once. Two tenders max. That’s the focus here. You’ll have the time and space to go deep into the details, get to know the project, and work closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to add genuine value. Project values are up to $30m, 80% are in the $10-20m range.

It’s not a hard-tendering environment. Most of the work is cost-plus and negotiated with repeat clients. It’s about building relationships, not chasing the next tender deadline.

You’ll need to be comfortable in a client-facing role, have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively through pre-construction. A police check will be required for the successful candidate.

This isn't a role where you'll get trained in estimation; you will price projects from the outset and have an understanding of the construction environment you'll be working in.
