Sales Representative – Specialist in New Builds / Granny Flats

Location: Blaxland Blue Mountains– Western Sydney Area

About the Role:

In this unique and rewarding role, you’ll be more than just a sales rep — you’ll be a trusted advisor who can:

Confidently liaise with homeowners, builders, architects, and local councils

Guide clients through product selection and council consent processes

Use your industry knowledge to build trust and long-term relationships

Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively generate new leads

Conduct virtual tours and provide consultative, solution-based sales advice

Prepare proposals and close warm leads with confidence

Work closely with our sales, design, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Confident and proactive communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, initiate conversations, and actively prospect new opportunities. Skilled in building rapport and fostering long-term client relationships based on trust and value.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has 2+ years of sales experience in residential building, granny flats, or modular housing

Understands council planning, consent, and approval processes

Communicates confidently with builders, tradespeople, and homeowners

Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-touch sales environment

Has strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and CRM proficiency
