We’re looking for people who have:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a trade-related field
  • A genuine passion for tools and helping customers
  • A strong track record of hitting KPIs or sales targets
  • Confidence using computers and point-of-sale systems
  • A team-first mindset and strong self-motivation

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in-store and over the phone
  • Recommending the right products and solutions
  • Promoting current sales, deals, and new products
  • Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Merchandising and maintaining store displays
  • Working one weekend day each week (as part of an 11-day rotating roster)
