THE ROLE:

Your day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

· End to End Property Management Tasks

· Tasks to be divided/shared between the team

· Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (no weekends)

REQUIREMENTS:

· Well presented

· Self-motivated

· Customer Service orientated

· Prompt, reliable & trustworthy

· Snr Experience in property management (Min 3yrs)

· Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills

· QLD Certificate of Registration, QLD drivers’ licence

· Use of your own reliable vehicle.
