This well-known media organisation, located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, is seeking a receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. Known for its dynamic and creative corporate environment, this company values presentation, professionalism, and a welcoming front-of-house experience.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, kitchen, and boardrooms, and supporting general office coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally, five days a week onsite.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
