Factory 51 was created in 2014 to bring authentic handmade Italian cuisine and atmosphere to Coorparoo in a rustic chic setting. The food focuses on cold fermented woodfired pizza, handmade gnocchi and pasta plus much more. We have a kind, fun and supportive kitchen and FOH team and great customers. The Role

We are seeking a casual restaurant supervisor to join the team and lead staff on shifts.

Provide warm, friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast paced restaurant

Strong knowledge and experience in supervision, wait service and bartending

Ability to lead a team during service and maintain high standards under pressure

Confident in guest engagement, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly

Availability across weekdays and weekends

Clear communication, positive team collaboration and calmness under pressure

Willingness to support the wider leadership team across operations and training
