We’re looking for an exceptional Supervisor to join the team at our rooftop restaurant in Nobby Beach. This role is all about the food, the drinks, the service and providing a hospitable experience to all our customers. It will suit someone who has the energy, enthusiasm and ability to support the Venue Manager and lead the team to deliver a memorable guest experience in a high-paced, quality-focused service setting. This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who understands that the guests, and the service that our team provides, are top priorities.

About you:

At least 2 years of full-service restaurant and/or bar experience, including a minimum of 12 months in a team leadership role

Have outstanding food, drink and service knowledge

Demonstrate your professional skills and knowledge with your team to help them improve

Willing to take direction and learn from others so that you can improve

Comfortable working in a busy environment and can deal calmly and professionally with guests and team members

Familiar with and comfortable using systems such as Lightspeed (POS) and SevenRooms (reservations)

Confident and able to lead and manage a team in a high volume, dynamic environment

Organised, reliable, responsible and honest

Constructive and collaborative in your approach to work and interactions with colleagues

It’s essential that you:

Have the right to take up full-time work in Australia

Are able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both spoken and written

Hold a valid RSA
