Role Description

· Full time position

· Looking for someone with mortgage lending experience, someone with credit assessment experience in banking or loan processing.

· A successful candidate will be a people person, enjoying social networking.

· You will be managing mortgage application, from start to settlement. Reviewing credit policies, analysing client applications, liaising with lenders, and ensuring compliance with Australian credit policies.

Qualifications

· Previous residential and commercial lending experience in an Australian Bank or as a broker

· Previous experience in loan processing, knowing how to use servicing calculators.

· Being able to review payslips, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements.

· Knowledge in taxation is a plus

· Previous experience in real estate as sales is preferred but not necessary.

· Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred but not necessary

· Attention to details and active problem-solving skills

· Willing to meet clients after hours and weekends.
