The SAPE Group is Australia's largest distributor of a wide range of high-quality automotive refinishing products including paint, consumables, and equipment, principally to the Collision Repair Industry. The SAPE Group has branches in multiple locations, including Sydney, Newcastle, Gosford, Canberra, Brisbane.
The role consists of the following duties:
Provide administrative support to the sales, purchasing and pricing teams, including but not limited to gathering and analysing pricing data from suppliers, preparing documents and organizing related files and records.
Complete routine transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
Handle inquiries and routine information requests, escalating them when necessary to ensure accurate and timely responses.
Provide backup support for incoming calls and emails during busy periods.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including practical experience with:
VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
Data validation, conditional formatting, and advanced spreadsheet management
Having experience in price calculation for imported goods is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with Pronto ERP is advantageous but not essential.
