Figma Designer & Webflow Developer

Full-Time Permanent Position – No Freelancers or Agencies

Key Responsibilities

As our Figma Designer & Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of our website experience (www.cybertify.com.au) from initial visual concept to fully executed, responsive Webflow build.

Website Design (Figma)

Design complete landing pages and internal pages from scratch in Figma, aligned with our brand and performance goals

Maintain and evolve a Figma design system for scalability across campaigns, sectors, and services

Design page templates for new content types (e.g. case studies, service pages, gated content, blog, events)

Create high-conversion wireframes and layout hierarchies for marketing initiatives

Translate complex services into simple, bold, persuasive visual formats

Collaborate with our CMO and Graphic Designer to ensure brand consistency

Own the Figma → Webflow handoff (you are both the designer and builder)

Website Development (Webflow)

Build all pages directly in Webflow

Maintain our Webflow site, CMS structure, page speed, responsiveness, and SEO readiness

Implement advanced animations, Lottie files, scroll-based interactions, and conditional logic

Develop content hubs, collection-driven layouts, and scalable structures for long-term use

Optimise assets, spacing, layout, and responsiveness across all devices

Deploy gated assets, redirect logic, conversion flows, and integrations (e.g. forms, email, CRM)

Campaign & Marketing Enablement

Design and deploy dedicated landing pages for paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube)

Rapidly update CTAs, homepage elements, and content blocks as campaigns evolve

Implement tracking events, tags, pixels, and GTM containers for each campaign

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to align on message and goal

Tracking, Analytics, and SEO

Implement and manage Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tags, Meta pixels, and custom events

Add structured schema, page-level metadata, and SEO tags as required

Run site speed audits and continuously improve performance metrics

Support UTM management and A/B testing setup for marketing teams

Monitor key SEO health issues (404s, indexation, etc.) using Search Console

Required Skills & Experience
Webflow (Expert Level)

Proven track record designing AND building complex Webflow sites

Must be able to build from scratch (not from templates)

Fully comfortable with CMS structures, custom animations, collection filters, conditional logic, and page speed optimisation

Experience with custom forms, dynamic content, Webflow Interactions, and CMS filtering tools (Jetboost, Finsweet Attributes etc.)

Figma (Expert Level)

Able to design conversion-optimised landing pages in Figma from scratch

Skilled in layout, hierarchy, spacing, colour theory, and brand consistency

Comfortable creating components, design systems, and responsive variants

Can take marketing goals and translate them into elegant visual experiences

Tagging & Analytics

Competent with Google Tag Manager, GA4, LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel, and UTM tagging

Understands tracking fundamentals (event naming, triggers, test environments)

Knows how to debug common tracking issues and collaborate with the CMO for campaign-level data

Soft Skills

Fast, independent, highly organised

Obsessed with design quality, performance, and layout perfection

Strong communicator who can justify decisions and meet deadlines

Able to operate under pressure with multiple priorities and tight timelines

Nice to Have (Bonus, Not Mandatory)

Experience with GSAP, Lottie, or scroll-based storytelling animations

CRM integration experience (Salesforce)

Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

You’re a freelance contractor juggling multiple clients

You require external designers to hand off finished Figma files

You rely on templates and drag-and-drop builders

You don’t track your builds or test for responsiveness

You’re not comfortable being held to a high visual and technical standard
