About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Associate to join us full-time, Monday to Friday in our Burleigh Heads office.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in sales, retail, or customer service who wants to step into a supportive sales environment and grow their career.

You'll be helping customers who are already interested in our products answering questions, booking consultations, preparing quotes, and supporting them through to purchase.

What You’ll Do

Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Assist customers in our Burleigh Heads showroom

Prepare quotes and follow up on leads to convert them into sales

Update our CRM (HubSpot) and help maintain lead pipelines

Learn our product range (infrared saunas, ice baths, and more)

Work closely with the Sales Manager to hit team goals

Support the wider sales and customer service team as needed

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years in sales, retail, or customer service

Strong communication and people skills

Highly organised and confident using CRM and admin systems

A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn

Interest in health, wellness, and helping others
