Meramist is looking for a Bilingual Sales Assistant fluent in English and Chinese to join our fast-paced export team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the meat industry and international customer needs—especially in the Chinese market.

Role Responsibilities

Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and agents across international markets

Translate and prepare export documents, product details, and sales orders

Support the sales team with pricing, customer enquiries, and market coordination

Liaise with logistics and production to ensure timely order fulfilment

Maintain customer databases and manage order records with accuracy

Provide high-level administrative and language support across the export process

What We're Looking For

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of meat products and export procedures

Previous experience in sales support, logistics, or meat export is preferred

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Chinese market trends and trade expectations is a bonus
