About the role

Join our dynamic team as an indoor and outdoor Sales Assistant at Fully Promoted, based in Rocklea, QLD. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial rolll in our customers experience in and out of our store. You will play a great part in the growth of our company and have a hands on roll in attracting and retaining customers. This job will suit a highly driven, friendly, person who has the ability to learn fast and be confident in their role.

What you'll be doing

Provide assistance and support to our experienced production team

Handle customer inquiries, emails, phone calls and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner in store.

Actively look for new business outside visiting workplaces.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or B2B environment

Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of the business

A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work culture
