About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and versatile Office All Rounder to join the team at James Moore Lawyer, Bribie Island office. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and conveyancing support. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
What you'll be doing
Providing a high level of customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including file preparation, filing, and data entry
Providing support to the conveyancing team as required
Trust and General Banking
What we're looking for
Previous experience in conveyancing or office administration (preferred but not essential)
Professional and friendly team spirit
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the office
