About the Role

As a Production Operator or Forklift Driver, you’ll play an integral role in our day-to-day manufacturing operations, collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team to produce quality systems that meet strict safety and sustainability standards. Department shifts are staggered; standard working hours are anywhere between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and production equipment used in steel processing and manufacturing, such as rollers, presses, and seaming machines

Truck Loading and Unloading, Forklift Operation, and Warehouse Movements

Ensure products consistently meet quality standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and compliance

Assist with the preparation and assembly of steel components

Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets

Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols, including maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

About You

Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (advantageous)

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, within in a team environment

Commitment to complying with our zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy

Forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)

Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence (highly desirable)
