Your Opportunity: Process Operator – Morning ShiftAt our Ballarat Componentry Plant, the Value Added Panels (VAP) line leads the way in premium product manufacturing. We’re seeking a Production Operator to be a key player in this high-performing team.

What You’ll DoAs a Production Operator, you’ll:

• Operate advanced machinery with precision and care
• Ensure safety and efficiency across all stages of production
• Manage tasks from loading to oversight, supported by a dedicated Team Leader
• Operate a LF forklift, loading and unloading packs of board onto our manufacturing line
• General machine / production operator duties

Position Details

• Shift: Morning Shift (Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Type: Full-time
• Pay: Competitive rates with overtime paid at penalty rates under our EBA
• Flexibility: Plenty of overtime availability, with potential start times from 6:00 AM or finish times up to 7:30 PM

Progression PathYou’ll begin at Level 1 and have the opportunity to advance through the following levels as you gain training and experience, in line with the Laminex Ballarat Componentry Plant Agreement 2025:

• Level 1: $28.06/hr
• Level 2: $30.47/hr
• Level 3: $32.13/hr
• Level 4: $33.75/hr
• Level 5: $39.49/hr

All levels are based on a 38-hour work week.
What You BringWe’re looking for someone who is:

• LF forklift licensed (mandatory)
• Experienced in manufacturing and production line operations
• Digitally fluent in Microsoft Office
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks
