As Retail Manager, you’ll be trusted to run the day-to-day operations with independence, confidence, and flair. You'll guide a loyal team, many of whom have been with us for years, in a business that has been proudly owned and operated by Amanda since day one.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Leading daily store operations: scheduling, rostering, reporting, retail execution, and front-of-house team performance

Managing stock levels and merchandising with a keen eye for both quality and efficiency

Creating a warm, welcoming environment where customers feel valued and supported

Coaching and inspiring your small, dedicated team to achieve excellence and purpose-driven service

Collaborating with pharmacy leadership on local marketing and community engagement

Championing a culture that blends traditional service with progressive health values

Providing insights and analysis to shape strategy and keep our offering one step ahead

🧠 What We’re Looking For

A seasoned retail manager (or rising star) with a background in pharmacy, health or a service-based environment

Leadership skills that lift people up—you’re organised, supportive and proactive

A deep commitment to customer experience, with the intuition to know what people need

Confidence in retail reporting, rostering, and process improvement

Passion for health, wellness and community care—and a desire to work where those values matter

A sense of ownership—you’ll run the floor like it’s your own
