Established for over 40 years, this growing family-owned agricultural and construction machinery business operates several dealerships across the region. They are one of Australia's largest authorised sales and service dealers of tractors and excavators, in addition to retailing a wide range of agricultural and construction implements from leading global brands. Position

Due to recent growth, a Service Coordinator role has become available. This position plays a key role in supporting the service department, managing administrative tasks, assisting with customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing repair orders, invoicing, warranty claims & parts orders
• Ensuring accurate invoicing & account reconciliation
• Communicating professionally with customers, suppliers & internal teams
• Supporting service growth, marketing initiatives & compliance requirements
• Assisting the Service Manager and travelling for training as required

Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in service department administration, preferably within the agricultural or construction machinery industries. Experience as a motor mechanic is desirable, but not essential. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy is essential.

Key attributes include:

• Motor Mechanic qualification (desirable)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong multitasking, organisation & communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Dealer Pro experience is a plus)
• NSW driver's licence
