About Us
We are a leading provider of office furniture and high-end home furnishings in Western Australia, with our main warehouse located in Osborne Park.

The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team. This role involves receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining inventory standards.

Requirements

A current forklift ticket (essential)

Availability to work full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving Goods:

Unload and inspect incoming deliveries and sea containers.

Check goods against delivery notes or purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

Quality Control:

Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the relevant department.

Ensure all received goods meet quality standards and company specifications.

Documentation:

Accurately log incoming goods in the inventory system.

Maintain records of received goods and discrepancies.

Stock Management:

Organize and store goods in the designated areas.

Rotate stock to ensure inventory accuracy.

Communication:

Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve issues.

Collaborate with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.

Health & Safety:

Operate machinery (e.g., forklifts) in compliance with safety standards.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.

Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

Forklift license or willingness to train (advantageous).

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions:

Physical role involving lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.

Shift patterns may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
