We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role located at Malaga. This role is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in the daily operations of the warehouse at the Malaga and Forrestdale sites to drive operational excellence, people management and continuous improvement initiatives. The role has the right balance between process and people with efficiency a key focus to ensure the efficient delivery of school resources.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Lead the recruitment, induction, and scheduling of approx. 250-300 casual employees, ensuring effective workforce planning and resource allocation

· Process fortnightly payroll for casual employees in accordance with company policies and procedures

· Drive and motivate the casual team to effectively support inbound and outbound logistics, as well as picking and packing functions

· Effective use of Warehouse Management System [WMS] and advising of any system-related issues promptly

· Support workplace health and safety initiatives, fostering a positive safety culture and ensuring proactive measures to prevent incidents and injuries

· Work closely with internal teams to resolve challenges and enhance overall performance of the casual team

· Prepare and present business and people performance reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management

· Proactively manage personal and team development, embedding Campion’s values and capability framework to elevate performance and professional growth

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in warehouse coordinator role

· Experience in payroll management and human resources fundamentals

· Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team with excellent problem-solving skills

· Sound relationship management skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience with high-volume distribution environments preferably within education or retail sectors

· Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems [WMS]

· High level proficiency in Microsoft Office

· First Aid or Safety Office Certification preferred but not essential

· Valid Australian Drivers Licence essential

· Working With Children Check [WWCC] essential
