8 company vans operating daily in teams of two.

We require Part time and Full time committed people, we are also looking for candidates who can become team leaders and progress into higher leadership roles, joining our current core team along the journey.

We are operating on the GC servicing high net worth individuals. We always work in teams and enjoy individuals with a can-do attitude who are happy in providing immaculate service and enjoy working in teams.

You will be required to have sufficient experience and knowledge of cleaning luxury residential homes with a background in high-end hotels and\or super yacht experience preffered. Efficiency and responsibility is a must in this role as we require you to turn around homes in a timely and careful manner. General residential cleaning knowledge in bathrooms, kitchens, bathroom, etc. will be expected.

Start date: ASAP

MINIMUM 6 MONTH COMMITMENT - 4 days per week Minimum

Casual, Part time and Full time employment contract to start with 32+ hours to start and up to 40 hours per week after the first month.

Part time - $31 - $34 per hour + super (Based on Experience)

Full time Cleaners 58k - 62k Per Year + SUPER with room to grow for the right candidates.

Team Leaders and Management - DOE - 63k - 70k - Company car included

We are searching to fill our Team leader/Leadership roles for the right candidates who can commit long term - this package includes keeping the company car all week including weekends.

Long term full time contract will become available for the right employee after 1 month.

ABOUT YOU:

Minimum 1 year experience cleaning Air BnB/housekeeping in luxury hotels or resorts or residential homes.

Super Yacht Experience is a bonus

Have working rights in Australia and be willing to commit for long term

Fluent English

Honesty, Loyalty, Hard working attitude

Must have drivers licence and reliable transport to get to and from HQ - Company car is provided to use for all jobs.

Tools and Equipment provided

Uniform Provided

Hospitality and customer service experience is a bonus

Willing to work hard, grow with the business, maintain professionalism at all times.
