Competitive hourly rate: $40–$55, based on experience

Approx. 45 hours/week guaranteed

Work locally – based in Kuluin

We’re growing and looking for a skilled Excavator / Combo Operator to join our hardworking, friendly team.

The Role

As an Excavator/Combo Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Digging and shaping pools

General earthworks and soil removal

Site cuts and slab preps

Light landscaping and site preparation

This is a full-time, hands-on role with consistent work on local residential projects.

What You’ll Need

Excavator and Bobcat/Posi Track tickets

HR Licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

At least 2 years of relevant earthmoving experience

A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
