We’re currently seeking a motivated Harvest Operator / Machinery Operator to join our experienced team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to someone with experience operating farm or earthmoving machinery who enjoys early starts and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate turf harvesting machines (Firefly or similar)

Operate tractors, forklifts, loaders, and other farm machinery

Daily machine pre-starts and basic maintenance

Assist with turf farm operations including grass growing, mowing, and irrigation when required

Follow job schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Experience operating machinery in a farming, civil, or landscaping environment

Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Safety-first mindset and attention to detail

Desirable:

Forklift licence

HR/MR truck licence

Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Experience operating a turf harvester (Trebro or Brouwer)
