Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control, to meet customer demand.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
• Maintain financial records, including budgeting and expense management.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail management role.
• Diploma of Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
