We’re on the lookout for an energetic and positive Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship Jasper Coffee store in Fitzroy. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, help grow our retail and café experience, and continue to make Jasper the go-to destination for coffee lovers, artisan goods, and beautiful homewares.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage a team in a fast-paced café and retail environment

Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, stock control, and ordering

Recruit, train and develop team members to reach their full potential

Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation at all times

Achieve and manage sales targets, labour costs, and profitability with support from the Area Manager

Manage rosters and ensure compliance with operational standards

Drive store culture and uphold Jasper’s commitment to sustainability and quality

What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar role (café, retail, or hospitality management)

Confident leadership style and ability to motivate a team

Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Calm under pressure and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Experience with rostering, cost control, and sales tracking

Specialty coffee knowledge is a big plus

Must be available to work a rotating roster, including alternate weekends
