What You'll Bring
• Service, repair, assemble, install, commission, and inspect heat exchangers and cooling towers either at HEWA’s service centre or on site.
• To assist in planning & preparation of jobs, using drawings, plans, and designs.
• Check the quality of work performed.
• Requisition materials from inventory, replenish consumables following the scope of work.
• Provide training to temporary staff for service as applicable.
• Discuss equipment & maintenance with clients, collect and analyse data as required.
• Check and record goods inward & dispatch with stock control.
• Testing of equipment to meet specifications where required.
• Clear and accurate communication with customers.
• Adhere to all occupational health and safety requirements.
• Keep workshop and work sites in a safe, clean, and tidy state.
• Keep up to date with new industry standards.
• Carry out all instructions to the very best of your ability.
• All paperwork to be completed accurately and on time, before and after each job.
• Time sheets to be completed daily & accurately and handed to the Supervisor.
• Be committed to the continuous improvement of all systems associated with the service function.
• Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
• Attend to site or overnight stays away for work will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
