About Us

We’re Martin & Co Electrical, a fast-growing, family-run electrical business based in Perth. We’ve built a solid rep for doing quality work, turning up when we say we will and being easy to deal with, now we’re ready to scale.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help bring in consistent, high-quality work. You’ll be backed by a sharp office team, great tradies and a brand that already has traction. We just need someone to drive growth full-time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, strata managers and commercial clients

Follow up on quotes and win more jobs

Reactivate past clients and keep existing ones sending work

Be out and about, site visits, walk-ins, coffees, calls

Track and report on leads, wins and the pipeline (simple systems, no fluff)

What We’re Looking For

Sales, BDM or trade/real estate background preferred

Confident communicator. On the phone and in person

Self-motivated and outcome-driven

Understands how tradies think and what clients need

Bonus if you’ve worked in or around electrical or construction before

What’s In It For You

$100K base salary + super

Company Ranger provided (yep, a ute you’ll actually want to drive)

Bonus or commission structure based on results

Flexible hours – full-time but work from home some days available

Supportive, no-BS team that’s in growth mode

We’re after outcomes, not just effort! If you’re bringing in 1–2 new clients a month, quoting $100K+ and helping us win $45K–$65K/month in new work, you’ll be looked after.
