What You’ll Be Doing

· Professionally liaise with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to maintain and grow strong relationships and uphold West Rock’s award-winning service standards

· Take incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to ensure all client queries are addressed promptly and thoroughly

· Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance advice and recommendations.

· Consistently meet or exceed individual targets and KPIs.

· Maintain rigorous compliance with regulatory and company standards and ensure accurate documentation and client records for all transactions and advice provided.

Skills & Knowledge

Hold Tier 1 and 2 qualifications in Insurance Broking

Have an effective approach to customer service and sales

Have specific insurance broking experience
