💼 Finance Broker (Full-Time, PAYG)

📍 Gold Coast HQ or Remote | Base Salary + Commission + Fuel Card + Full WFH Setup

Base Salary + Commissions = OTE $120,000 -$150,000 Per Annum

We’re scaling quickly, and we’re on the lookout for a switched-on, results-focused Finance Broker to join the team. You might come from a mortgage background. Or maybe you’ve been writing asset and commercial deals. Either way if you know how to drive outcomes and take ownership, we want to hear from you.

We're after someone sharp, fast, and accountable. You’ll be working qualified leads, backed by strong systems, admin support, and a platform designed to keep you focused on one thing: writing deals.

You’ll need to bring initiative, strong follow-up, and confidence on the phone. We’re not here to babysit but we are here to back you with what you need to perform.

🧩 Your Day-to-Day

Manage both consumer and commercial leads from enquiry to settlement

Submit deals through our CRM with speed and accuracy

Keep your pipeline updated and clean

Liaise with clients, lenders, and partners confidently and professionally

Hit volume and compliance benchmarks (and know how to exceed them)

Show up, own your numbers, and deliver results without excuses

You settle $20K+ in broker revenue monthly

You respond to leads fast — within 15 minutes

Your CRM is tidy and your deals are moving

Clients feel looked after, lenders love working with you

You don’t just close deals — you build relationships

✅ You’ll Stand Out If You:

Have 1–2+ years experience in mortgage, asset, or commercial lending

Hold (or are working toward) a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking

Bring your own referral network or dealership relationships

Are self-motivated, organised, and great under pressure

Know how to communicate clearly and sell without fluff
