Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations. For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
What makes this role special
We are looking for an experienced hands-on generalist HR professional with great interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for people and delivering best in class HR support to join our team. You will be working across all aspects of day-to-day HR including recruitment, performance, ER/IR advice, HRIS processes, culture, engagement and resolving grievances, OHS and Workcover as well as supporting exciting ad hoc projects to further develop and improve the way we work. Working closely with the General Manager People & Culture, this role ensures smooth P&C support and systems while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
About you
- You are Degree qualified in HR with previous experience as a generalist.
- You are driven by HR related practices, including IR/ER compliance, OHS / Workcover, policies and procedures.
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- You are results oriented and committed to solving problems and managing competing priorities.
- You have a genuine passion for the work you do and delivering quality results.
