- $62,000 - $65,000 plus super
- Hybrid model – enjoy the best of both worlds with 2 days in the office (Sydney CBD) and 3 days from home
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service over the phone by managing inbound enquiries and supporting policyholders
Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand customer concerns, especially around policy discharges, and offer thoughtful, tailored solutions
Using strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to retain customers and enhance satisfaction
Working toward and achieving key performance metrics while maintaining high service standards
Participating in continuous learning and development to enhance your product knowledge and service skills
Being a Culture Champion, representing company values with energy, optimism, and professionalism every day
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Experience in a customer-facing role—call centre, front office, or customer service highly regarded
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including clarity, patience, and empathy
A genuine passion for providing quality service and resolving customer queries effectively
The ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
