About the Role
Are you an inspiring sales leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for people and performance? B&R Enclosures is seeking a dynamic QLD State Sales Manager to lead our experienced Queensland sales team and grow our presence across the state.
Based in Southeast Queensland and reporting to the National Sales Manager, this high-impact role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and executing national strategy at the state level. You'll be the driving force behind continued success across diverse industries including industrial, commercial, mining, data.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QLD sales team
Set and execute state sales plans aligned with national strategy.
Manage key accounts including wholesalers, contractors, and specifiers.
Identify and convert new business across multiple industry sectors.
Track performance, report on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
Travel across QLD to support your team and customers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience leading a sales team in electrical, industrial, or technical market
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skilled in building and managing long-term customer relationships
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
