We have an opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to be trained as a hair loss specialist and clinic manager.

The Opportunity

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious sales representative who is driven to take their experience to the next level whilst working in a fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What's on offer?

Attractive remuneration - Salary plus uncapped and generous commission structure – Earning capacity $100K up to $200K (We like to reward our team for achieving their sales targets).

4 weeks of paid training and induction program in Melbourne. You will receive the latest and extensive medical and non-medical training to be successful in this well-supported role. No prior experience in hair loss treatments is required, however experiencing hair loss yourself is an advantage.

The successful Clinic Manager must:

Self-discipline to be able to push yourself beyond personal limits.

Able to manage your time and efforts effectively.

Excellent attitude, demeanour and willingness to learn.

Provide outstanding client service and ongoing support.

Ability to lead a team of dedicated employees.

Day-to-Day role

Respond to and manage new enquiries.

Manage an existing client base.

Achieve sales and growth targets for your clinic.

Develop specific customer strategies and campaign plans.

Provide regular reporting.

Be accountable for implementing and executing the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provide support and operational management to your clinic team.
